She's an All-Star!
Our very own Chloe Bug was selected to play catcher for the Richlands All-Stars softball team! Chloe's team competed strongly against travel ball clubs who play together year-round and are advancing to the state tournaments. Further, her team was awarded this season's Sportsmanship Award. We are beyond proud of Chloe's athletic success & are pulling for #19 all the way!
It is with great joy and excitement that we welcome back to Springfield our dear friend and brother, Bishop Benjamin Nakuku from Malava, Kenya. He will be speaking during our morning worship service on July 1 at 11:00 AM. Benjamin is the founding Pastor of Shalom Pentecostal Gospel Church in Malava, and currently serves as the PFWB National Director for Kenya. Springfield's ongoing missions partnership with Shalom Pentecostal Gospel Church in Malava is a direct result of Benjamin's vision and warm invitation, and we look forward to embracing our brother in Christ again.

This year's VBS will be August 9-11 (Thursday through Saturday).
Church members can volunteer to serve during VBS using the sign-up sheet posted on the church bulletin board.

It's almost that time of year again! Springfield will host our 4th annual School Supply Give-Away August 4 starting at 9:00 am and ending when the supplies are gone.
Church members may provide donations in the form of school supplies or money. All monetary donations should be given to Krista Horne (checks made payable to Springfield Ladies' Auxiliary). All school supply donations, or questions should be directed to Dana Gurganus.
